My First Picture with Santa

Have you ever heard of "Cookies & Milk with Santa"? We have been told how great it is! Well....after standing in line for 30 mins. and realizing it would probably take an hour and a half more to see the jolly old man...we decided that J.Parker did not have the energy to make it! Or maybe it was that we didn't have the muscles to hold him for that long! But...in an effort not to disappoint our son, we decided to make sure he had his picture with Santa tonight. After all we have told him for a week that he would have his picture with Santa today! Our wonderful neighbors...Steve & Pam...have a great Santa...so J.Parker & I took a picture with him! We will be sure to find a Santa lap for little man very soon!

My First Christmas Tree!

On Thanksgiving Day, we started a new Watts family tradition....getting our Christmas tree! Before J.Parker, Dale & Lucy would get our tree for us when they went to grandmother's for Thanksgiving. Now....we ALL go! Yes...Josh loves it as much as you can imagine! One of the signs said "Cherish the Experience"....

I told Josh to read it! HA!! Everything now seems to be a "Kodak moment" to me.

We found the perfect tree, which just happened to grow on Papaw Dale's land!

Pics from the Third Annual Barn Party and Coon Hunt at Big G & Patsy's! Yes....J.Parker had an outfit especially for the event...he was a Coon!....from his head to his little toes...coon hat, sweater, pants and socks! I know one day he will hate me for all this! But I'm enjoying it while I can. Josh just shakes his head and tells him..."sorry buddy...ya mama can't help it!"

Just a few pics from Thanksgiving day! We had a wonderful time at Big G & Patsy's! Papaw Dale, LuLu and Great Grandmother were there for J.Parker's first Thanksgiving. We are so thankful for God's blessings this year. There are no words to describe the JOY J.Parker has brought to our lives!

Meeting My Uncle Ryan & Aunt Amy!

Today I went to the airport to pick up Uncle Ryan & Aunt Amy! They were so glad to see me. They had no idea I was going to be there, so it was great to see the look on their faces when they saw me! Yes...I have that way of making people SMILE! We stopped at Middendorff's on the way home. They all enjoyed great seafood and just stuck a bottle in my face! I know we will have a great visit this weekend!
