HAPPY BIRTHDAY....a little early!

Can't believe he's ONE!...almost..Aug.24th! We had to have the party early because we will be in Tennessee for the biggest horse show of the year...but little man will get another party up there! ...Big G decided he'd need a band to help celebrate! We will celebrate "Got Ya Day" on August 29th! Also Uncle Ryan's B-Day!

....we went to court this morning to finalize our adoption!! It took all of about 5 minutes in front of the judge. He told us that he had to see a lot of awful things in his job and that he loved when he got to see an adoption...needless to say I was in tears...he signed the final decree with a new pen and gave us the pen...I'll be getting that framed! Here's a picture at the courthouse with our lawyer, Mark Carlson.

Sunday Morning Breakfast!

J.Parker was very happy to see his breakfast coming Sunday morning! He was looking like such a "big boy" in his high chair so I had to snap a few pics! I could just eat him up!!

Well....I have to say I am proud of myself! I got these Easter pics on here and it's still Easter! HA!! J.Parker had a very busy day so he went to sleep early...so I had a little bit of time to get some pics on here! We went to church in Summit this morning...then to Columbia. ....J.Parker would rather have pinestraw than an egg! ...He really seemed to enjoy his day...I even got a few pics with a big smile! We are so blessed to have him in our lives! We hope everyone had a wonderful day!

Ready to Ride?

I guess somebody could tell Josh that he's not quite ready for this! HA! Especially when it's a two year old colt he puts him on. J.Parker seems to enjoy sitting in the saddle, and Daddy loves putting him there!

YES!! We still exist!!

For my few that look at this blog...yes! we still exist! Between basketball games and playing with little man...I don't seem to have time to get new info on here!...But most would want to slap me when I say...we were in the bed at 8:30 last night...YES! The whole family! Actually..J.Parker was sound asleep at 8:00 and woke up just a smiling at 6:30 this morning! So I guess I would have time to post on here...but I would rather sleep!! HA!! He is getting so big! Some days I just look at him and cry! It really does go by so fast! He is a very happy baby and smiles all the time! We haven't found a baby food that he doesn't like...put anything on a spoon and he'll eat it! Just don't put him on his stomach...HATES it! So we may never crawl! He loves to jump...has a jumpy horse that he loves! I took some pics of him in it yesterday...I will get them on here soon!
